NICE Integrations embed verbatim + early plant + wow* URL transport + Start Chat. No hardcoded chat_* channel, button, entrypoint, or template IDs in source.

How this page works

  1. Phase 1 — Early plant (above, in <head>): reads ?wowVid, ?wowThread, ?wowChannel, optional button/entrypoint ids from the URL, or discovers channel from existing NICE keys on this origin only. Writes localStorage before the loader runs.
  2. Phase 2 — Transport: after chat exists, resume/nav links append every id NICE created (discovered from localStorage, not from hardcoded config).
  3. Phase 2b — Start Chat: custom button clicks GUIDE_CHANNEL_BUTTON (not cxone('chat','open')).
  4. Phase 3 — NICE SDK: verbatim Integrations snippet below — cxone('init','3440') + cxone('guide','init') only.
